I received a higher bill than expected.

Please check your bill to see if it is an estimated or actual bill. If you have not provided a meter reading and received an estimated bill, the system would have calculated the charges based on the average usage of your type of household. Please note that estimated bills will be recalculated once the actual meter bill is generated. This will correct the balance. If you still think that there is something incorrect with your bill, please email our Support Team at support@lowesttariff.com and we will be happy to assist.

Can I get a paper bill?

We only provide paperless billing, as we are completely digital. Therefore we do not send any paper bills or correspondence. Your bill can however be printed from your customer dashboard.

Where can I find my bill?

You can find and print your bill within the My Bills tab on your customer dashboard.

I don’t understand the charges on my bill.

Why does the bill change price every month?

We charge you based on your monthly actual usage, or the estimated average usage for your type of household.
