When do I get my referral credit?

Your referral credit will be available for you to use in your account as soon as the referral has signed up and their switch has been completed. 

Is there a limit on how many referral credits I can get?

There is no limit on how many referral credits you can get. In order for the credit to show in your account, the referral has to sign up and complete their energy switch.

Why has my referral credit not been added to the bill?

Your referral credit will be credited when switch has been completed. If you think an error has occurred, then please contact our Support Team at support@lowesttariff.com

How do I know when credit has been added to my account?

Your referral credit will be available for you to use in your account as soon as the referral has signed up and their switch has been completed. You can keep track of your referral credits by logging in to your customer dashboard. 

What if the referral credit amount is more than the bill amount?

If the referral credit exceeds the bill amount, then no payment will be taken from your bank account. Any remaining credit will be transferred to and deducted from the next bill. 

How do I claim the price difference + 10%?

In the rare event that you find a cheaper deal or deals combination that could have saved you more, please email the details to support@lowesttariff.com and we will validate and issue credit accordingly. 

How long does the referral credit last for?

The referral credit can be used up to 6 months from the time it has been applied. 

Can I transfer referral credits?

Unfortunately referral credits are not transferable, and can only be used to offset your energy bills.

Can I exchange referral credit for cash?

Can I get referral credit for my other property to be switched?

You can get a discount code as long as a referral signs up in a different property. Currently we do not offer multi-property accounts, therefore you would need to open a new account for each individual property. There are no limits in the number of accounts you can have with Lowest Tariff.
