The switching process normally takes around 15 days, but this can vary depending on each specific case.
In order to ensure the best rate we keep short contracts, so you will be expected to switch suppliers every 3 months or so, however this can also vary.
Normally we will be able to switch you without any further action required from yourself. In some instances, your current supplier may contact you to confirm that you agree to be switched over. In this case you simply have to confirm that you agree.

Your current energy supplier could have stopped the release of your account, it is therefore important that you contact them to let them know that you want your account to be released.
