Can someone else take over my account?

Can I have a joint account?

Currently we do not offer joint accounts. 

Can I transfer my account to my new home?

If you move home and wish to continue using our service, you can do so by opening a new account at your new address. If you are just looking to transfer the name of the existing account at your current address, you can simply edit your personal details within the customer dashboard.

Why did I receive correspondence in someone else’s name?

Energy suppliers should write to us directly, however on occasions correspondence may be sent out to you with the details of our representative. We can assure you that we keep all the necessary information, therefore you can dispose of any correspondence as it does not affect your account. 

Can I add multiple properties to my account?

Currently we do not offer multi-property accounts, therefore you would need to open a new account for each individual property. There are no limits in the number of accounts you can have with Lowest Tariff. 

Can I opt out of emails?

Unfortunately we have to email you important information, we already opt you out from promotions and third parties by default.
